Allonbay Village Arena is a luxury residential development enjoying an unbeatable front-line position, only separated from the beach by a wooded area. The sloping topography of the plot as well as its privileged location results in a terraced group of houses with large open fronts facing south.

By transferring design elements from the adjoining plots but reinterpreting them according to the peculiarities of Arena, we achieve clean volumes in light tones that contrast with the high concrete projections that serve as planters and with the metal pergolas of the solariums on the roof.

The project is complemented by the careful design of the common open spaces. From the entrance itself, the sea is the backdrop, with living areas surrounded by planters and skylights that bring natural light into the parking garage.
