Suspended dwellings in the Mediterranean
ISEA Views is located under the predominant Peñón de Ifach, involved by the beach of Cantal Roig, the beach of La Fossa, and the Salinas. Below, the city of Calpe enjoys the warm embrace of the Mediterranean sun. Its two distinctive eighteen-story are designed to reimagine the conventional concept of city blocks by introducing the idea of the vertical village. The vision is to transform living in a house with a terrace, to live in a large terrace with a house. The limits between indoor and outdoor spaces are blurred, creating open rooms that do not have direct dividing walls with neighbors. Moreover, vegetation is used tomantain residents’ privacy and regulate temperatures.
ISEA Views exemplifies the lifestyle of single-family homes, but maintaining an intelligent and human-centric design that emphasizes diversity, flexibility and a sense of community, aligning with modern models of sustainable urban development.
AMBIENTE BREATH “BETWEEN SEAS”
The forms and materials of the natural landscape are incorporated to the first floor of the residential complex.Native species with low water requirements spread out to illuminate with light and color a development that has been designed to be explored. Its multiple uses are extended and generate a multitude of spaces and experiences, creating a gradient of sensations with Mediterranean character in which every little corner is enjoyed. The design of the common areas extends to the residential towers, where a breathtaking panoramic common area “between seas” is created, offering360º views, including a heated swimming pool, sports areas and a relaxing zone that merges with the outdoors.
